As our most shared resource, water touches each of our lives on a daily basis – whether we realize it or not. Filmmakers were asked to create a short film – 10 minutes or less – to tell their water story and create greater awareness regarding the vital role water plays in our daily lives. Everyone’s message is different. And by spreading those messages, we can empower others to share their own stories and make positive change in their communities.

AFS Founder and Artistic Director and Texas Water Foundation Board Member Richard Linklater serves as a contest judge. The top three finalists all receive a cash prize.
