Latinas Unidas Por El Arte (LUPE Arte) holds its annual Leadership and Art Seminar entitled Being Alive Feed the Soul & Body.
The workshop style event is free for girls between the ages of 9 and 12 and their mothers will emphasize on lifestyles identifying key components of personal healthy choices. The goal of the workshop is to promote healthy régimes including creativity, body isometrics and culinary art, featuring visual art, dance, yoga, cooking demonstrations and healthy living solutions.
Presenters include LUPE Arte, Brighter Bites, Primero Health, and Interfaith Action of Central Texas.
