Minor Mishap Marching Band think playing brass music is fun! Playing music with your friends is fun!  Making friends through playing music is fun!  Please join us for a totally free, community event – a workshop of a few simple brass songs, and a short parade to practice putting what we’ve learned together. This is an open event for anyone in the city who plays an instrument – and open to anyone who would like to witness the performance! Since it’s so hot in July in Texas, we are meeting near a pool, in case anyone wants to go swimming ahead of time. A pool party, a few simple songs, and a little parade around the park.

Find us any time between 7 and 8 at Martin Pool.  We’ll be cooling off in preparation for the workshop.  The workshop will take place a few steps away, at the picnic tables there in the park!
8 pm, pool closes, and we have a workshop. 
9- 9:30 pm, we put it all together, and have a mini-parade

All people, ages, instruments are welcome. This is about building community!
