The Tejano Music Alliance of Texas (TMAT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote Tejano music and culture. As part of its mission, TMAT sponsors Tejano music events that feature well-known bands and artists as well as new up-and-coming Tejano groups in an effort to keep the Tejano music genre alive.
