Mighty Fine was built on the notion that some things don’t need changing. For example, our burgers start with fresh, all-natural chuck, ground on-site and hand-formed into classically thick patties right in front of you. This is how it’s been done in Texas for generations. Of course, other places figure it makes more sense to use frozen, hormone-modified, antibiotic-filled beef to speed things along and increase some bottom line somewhere. Well, that ain’t Mighty Fine.
