B. Iden Payne Awards Council
Each season, the BIPAC Nominations Committee produces the BIPAC Nominations Ballot upon which Subscribing Members of the B. Iden Payne Awards Council vote. Subscribing Members vote upon nominations in categories that encompass Outstanding Elements in Production, Direction, Design, Acting, and more. Recipients of the award are recognized at the annual B. Iden Payne Awards Ceremony.
