Austin Soundwaves provides high quality music education to artistically starved youth as a means to strengthen resiliency and awaken intrinsic motivation to learn, create, and achieve. We envision a world where every child has access to music and intensive ensemble music learning and performing to promote positive youth development and thriving communities.
The Austin Creative Alliance is funded in part by the City of Austin through the Economic Development Department's Cultural Arts Division and by grants from Texas Commission on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts which believes that a great nation deserves great art.
