At Austin Simply Fit, our staff is comprised of personal trainers who specialize in working with the specific needs of each client individually. Unlike other fitness training programs, Austin Simply Fit provides 30 minute, 1-on-1 or semi-private training sessions which are truly personal, and tailor-made to fit your goals. No matter you goal or current fitness level, our programs accommodate your needs. Our proprietary resistance training methods result in calories burned and body fat lost.
