The Austin History Center identifies, acquires, preserves, publicizes, and provides access to information that documents all of Austin and Travis County, Texas. The Austin History Center serves as the official repository for the historical records of the City of Austin and as the collective memory of Austin and Travis County, Texas.
The Austin Creative Alliance is funded in part by the City of Austin through the Economic Development Department's Cultural Arts Division and by grants from Texas Commission on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts which believes that a great nation deserves great art.
