Join ATX Yoga Girl Founder Cynthia Bernard for a yoga and meditation experience at the UMLAUF Sculpture Garden. This all-levels practice will anchor you to your breath, create easeful openings and bring awareness back to the present moment.

Join ATX Yoga Girl Founder Cynthia Bernard for a yoga and meditation experience at the UMLAUF Sculpture Garden. This all-levels practice will anchor you to your breath, create easeful openings and bring awareness back to the present moment. The end of class will include a guided sound bath meditation. A Sound Bath is a relaxing and meditative experience where participants ‘bathe’ in the sound vibrations produced by instruments such as chimes, Quartz and Tibetan singing bowls.

Bring a water bottle and yoga mat. This class will take place outdoors under a covered space. Be sure to layer, depending on weather!
