Virtual Chair Yoga
A gentle flow yoga class focus on the breath. In Chair Yoga, we use a chair as the main prop. We practice modified postures that are accessible for everybody and will increase body awareness.
Participants will need to register and RSVP on the Stronger Austin website (http://strongeraustin.org).
