Decades ago, Vince Anderson planned to become a holy man, but instead of the seminary, a life of music followed. For the past twenty years, Anderson and his band The Love Choir have played a weekly residency in Brooklyn. The shows, which are played and received with a fervor that borders on religious ecstasy, have become legendary. This new documentary tells the story of Anderson and his musical collaborators.
