Texas Focus - Man in the Can

A screening and conversation about the Texas rodeo documentary Man in the Can. Chronicles the personal journey of a minor league rodeo clown trying to make it to the major leagues before he gets taken out by a bull.

Man in the Can relates the story of Ronald Burton, a rodeo clown who truly feels that this profession is his calling. A film by Noessa Higa, Man in the Can was shot in various cities across Texas and provides a deeper look at the tight-knit rodeo community.

ADMISSION INFO

Tickets are $3 for Bullock Museum members and students and $5 for general admission. Free parking is available in the Museum’s garage after 5 pm.
