Spark Your Story - Virtual Event

Join Austin Film Festival and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Educational Initiatives to our virtual event, Spark Your Story, on Saturday, May 8th!
The event will consist of two virtual panels. The first of which is entitled The Life of a Screenwriter: Structure On and Off the Page. Panelists include Annmarie Morais (Bleeding, American Soul) and AFF alums Chase Palmer (Naked Singularity, IT) and Wenonah Wilms (Firekeeper’s Daughter).

The second is A Conversation with Kemp Powers. We’ll be chatting with the Academy-Award nominated writer about his time working with Pixar on Soul, adapting his play One Night in Miami… for the screen, and much more!
