An event inspired by the future of our planet, traditional jazz standards and Russian composer Igor Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring, Rites of Warming is an evening (October 11 and 12) filled with classical music and climate-inspired jazzy lyrics.

An event inspired by the future of our planet, traditional jazz standards and Russian composer Igor Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring, Rites of Warming is an evening (October 11 and 12) filled with classical music, climate-inspired jazzy lyrics, Austin’s top singers and musicians, and a talk-back by climate change expert, Joshua K. Willis.

After the performance, Joshua K. Willis, oceanographer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab, will give a talk about climate change.

This is an all ages events.

The venue has FREE parking available as well as ample street parking.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not need to bring a printed ticket to the event as we will be checking names at the door. However, it will expedite your check-in process if you have a printed version.
