Many of us don’t have schedules that allow us to dance the night away. We decided to try something new for those of you who identify as a “morning person.” Saturday, October 15th will be the introduction of our Refresh Party. What is a Refresh Party? It’s a chance to dance the morning away.
The party begins with an 8:00 a.m. West Coast Swing lesson by Nwanneka (http://dancein.org/nwanneka-agumadu/) followed by open dancing until 11:00 a.m. This is a family-friendly event, and as usual, there will be no alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances on the premises.
Admission is $25, which includes an abundance of delicious smoothies and healthy snacks such as fruit and granola to get you charged up for the weekend. Proceeds go towards the purchase of a new sound system, an integrated login/registration system, a student scholarship fund, and more.
