“Our Town On TV” is a free, interactive exhibit celebrating nearly 50 years of Austin Public Access Television.
For four years, I have been making a documentary about the wild history of Austin public access Television. Spanning five decades, this interactive exhibit celebrates the weirdest and most touching videos that I have discovered during this journey. Multiple TV\’s will be displayed, each showcasing found footage from a different aspect of Austin history (e.g. LGBTQ+ or Music).
The exhibit will run for two weekends (11/16-11/17 & then 11/23-11/24) from 10 AM – 6 Pm each day!.
