Leap of Joy, an Austin based nonprofit working with at-risk youth in after school and summer camp programming, will host Let It Go From 10am-5pm at The High Road, 700 Dawson Road. Fill a bag start at $5 and Up that can be stuffed to the brim with clothing, jewelry, folk art, jewelry making supplies, gifts, dance shoes, and workout wear all new or unused for kids and adults. All proceeds will go towards the Cap & Mittens Fund for Leap of Joy students.
The Cap & Mittens Fund makes sure every Leap of Joy student receives a cap, mittens, warm socks, and a small gift for the holidays. Leap of Joy works in Title 1 schools in low income areas. Their mission is to inspire and enrich the lives of at risk youths by tapping into their creative side through dance and performance arts.
