ACMC honors the great movers and shakers of classical chamber music who celebrate big birthdays in 2019–2020 during their 39th season, Tribute. Celebrate George Crumb’s 90th birthday with his work Vox Balaenae, accompanied by Shostakovich’s Piano Trio No. 2. Throughout the season, ACMC will celebrate Beethoven’s 250th birthday by featuring each of his cello sonatas; the November program will include his Cello Sonata No. 4.
