Celebration: 10th Annual Luncheon Benefiting SafePlace

SafePlace, a nonprofit organization working to end sexual and domestic violence in Austin, is excited to announce its 10th annual Celebration luncheon on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at noon at the JW Marriott Austin!Celebration is a unique opportunity for community leaders and committed SafePlace supporters to come together once a year and celebrate the survivor spirit. The event will also honor a special SafePlace leader and supporter, Karen Bartoletti, for her outstanding commitment to ending domestic violence and sexual assault. Former UT and professional athlete Quan Cosby will deliver a keynote speech, and there will be a special live performance by The Mrs band.
 

Now in its 10th year, Celebration raises more than $300,000 in support of SafePlace. This year’s event will highlight the children’s programs and services at SafePlace, which has inspired a joyful “children’s” theme and menu that’s sure to bring out the fun-loving child in each of us.
