Ballet Austin opens its 2019/20 season with a dance and music blockbuster, featuring a classical score that’s a pop culture favorite, with live accompaniment by the GRAMMY® Award-winning CONSPIRARE Symphonic Choir and Austin Symphony Orchestra.

Ballet Austin opens its 2019/20 season with a dance and music blockbuster, featuring a classical score that’s a pop culture favorite. You’ve heard the opening strains of CARMINA BURANA played in movies, on radio and TV, and featured in other well-known forms of entertainment. See this powerful work, performed live by the GRAMMY® Award-winning CONSPIRARE Symphonic Choir and Austin Symphony Orchestra, as it’s paired with contemporary choreography by Artistic Director Stephen Mills.

FREE post-show activities include Encore Q&A with the artistic director, dancers and guest artists.
