Author and TV scholar Amanda Reyes presents a surprising and obscure TV movie treasure. MURDER CAN HURT YOU is something like a farcical MAD Magazine parody of all the cop shows of the time, with parodic analogues of Kojak, Colombo, Starsky & Hutch, and many others. We’ll also discuss the history and inner-workings of the made-for-television movie at this free event.
