A women’s mindfulness art workshop with a SoulCollage® instructor.
LUPE Arte offers A NOTE TO MYSELF, a mindfulness collage workshop for women who will create an artboard visualizing their personality or soul. This is an opportunity to connect with others and discover your own inner journey in a safe and encouraging environment. Supplies and a SoulCollage® instructor will be provided at Seton Cove.
