Ufulu Child (aka Freedom Child) was founded in January 2016. Ufulu Child is not just a music group. Ufulu Child is not just a husband and wife duo. It’s not just a wellness provider. Ufulu Child is a vibe. It’s a vibe that’s in harmony with life’s waves. It’s a vibe that profoundly shows you your own greatness. Ufulu Child is not a song, it’s a melody. Ufulu Child is not a dollar, it’s a currency. It moves in every aspect of life with the spirit of freedom, the mission to heal, and the guidance of spirit. Ufulu Child is a home for Freedom Seekers worldwide rooted in artistry and wellness. Ufulu Child is a top home for Kemetic Yoga (Also known as Smai Tawi or Ancient Egyptian Yoga– the most ancient form of yoga asana and philosophy across all styles) in Austin, TX, and has been performing for audiences ranging from intimate gatherings to over 4,000 people for over 11 years! Tenci and Sol Xprsn of Ufulu Child have backgrounds decorated with certifications and expertise in the following areas: Kemetic Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Creative Writing, Music Performance, and even Taxation & Managerial Accounting (to name a few). When they aren’t creating a healing mixture of soul-stirring melodies and reflective lyricism, they are teaching hip-hop songwriting workshops or sharing other healing modalities such as Kemetic Yoga (YogaSkills Method), meditative sacred geometry artwork, and Kemetic EIO– the way of attaining Clarity, Stability, and Prosperity (CSP). Ufulu Child pairs artistic experiences with holistic wellness in a way that inspires others to create their own wellbeing, define their own destiny, live for freedom, and feel free to BE… Ufulu means Freedom, and we are Freedom Seekers! A Freedom Seeker is a new breed of self-healer. Freedom Seekers storm through the doors of life’s struggles without fear. They shift the paradigm. Freedom Seekers NEVER ask for permission and put freedom before popularity. If that resonates with you, then you are a Freedom Seeker, and THIS is your home.

Anne Heller is a musician (guitar, drums and theremin), dancer and aerialist, writer, videographer, filmmaker and painter. She aims to utilize all her skills (or as many as possible) in any project she tackles. Heller has been an artist her whole life, from the experimental rock/jazz bands and collectives she has participated in and created over the past 20 years, to the short horror and comedy films created for 48 hour film fests over the past 15 years, to her annual 3-day experimental music fest now in its 18th year, to the aerialist feats she performs daily in front of audiences.  I have concentrated on improvisational skills as she feel it’s a more genuine method of communication, verbally, non-verbally and through sound. She plays guitar, drums and theremin in 5 separate bands. Heller is known for her unusual theremin style where she concentrates her sounds in the lower register using the theremin as a bass instrument instead of a melodic one (though she does that, too). Heller has always been interested in healing the planet and those upon it through her art, my music and actions as a whole. She wants to create an equilibrium with my art and music.

Performing Arts: Actor, Dancer, Performing Arts
As a youth, I was full of the energy required to pursue my dream. The collapse of USSR destroyed my opportunities to work towards my dream there practically overnight. One day, I went to sleep full of joy, plans and hopes, but very next morning I awoke as foreigner in the country where I was born, raised, and lived. From that moment my home turned into unrecognizable place, was altered completely. The movie industry was destroyed and not only me, but everyone was being forced into a new environment due to the economic collapse. I had to develop some survival skills to solve problems that new life threw at me. I’ve entered a Medical School and started a medical career, but did not gave up my dream as actress and as soon I had the opportunity, I joined one and only existing acting school, the request of the Russian Theatre in Turkmenistan. There, the competition was high- only 15 students been chosen from over 300 candidates. Twenty years ago, I made my first step being a theater play director and also play the roles as a professional actress. I learned the best secrets from Stanislavskiy and Nemerovish, Russia’s leading theatre directors. Local media wrote great articles about my first student Musical by Chekov, promising a future, but political disagreement made things difficult, Turkmenistan closed its borders with Russia, and the institute I’ve attended to continue my education as a movie director suddenly became inaccessible. The Russian Theatre itself had been destroyed. Government funds to support the theatre got completely cut off, employees lost their job, needless to say my dream had ended, but not for long, I’ve immigrated to USA and once again began using my survival skills to start everything over. I met my soulmate partner Zhenya Rock with the same passion and as a team, we grow and develop our skills together.

I am a functional movement artist–I blend together my love of neuro-science, my nearly 2 decades of massage practice, 15 years of flow-arts practice, vocal and creative skills–to provide and self-produce an intuitive movement program, with prevention in mind. COVID-19 has given me the opportunity to get to use my different skills and talents together; I didn’t think I was actually going to use my BA in Media Production from the University of Houston–and I’m pleased that I am. I get to sing; I get to dance; and I get to guide others through the process of consciously embodying their vessels, as present navigators who are curiously and mindfully exploring their spheres…with attention to their bio-mechanical design, and honoring their unique dimensions. Intuitive Living is an art form. It takes practice. My goal is to support my own vessel as I guide other vessels through a functional movement practice that is gentle and effective; that supports mobility, flexibility, balance, core strength, and creativity. I want more navigators to feel as confident and capable moving their vessels through their spheres, as I do. My journey was guided by chronic pain; my parameters are Myofascial Pain Syndrome and Delayed Pressure Urticaria. I created a movement program that effectively supports and mobilizes my body, without triggering either condition; I want to pass it on to others with the same conditions–with the hopes EIM will help them as much as it benefits me. Life is a trip!
