      Great show all around, great script and great cast. While the other two actors are strong, Katherine Catmull is amazing in this show. The 90 minutes flew by as I laughed throughout the evening.

      Wow, wow, wow. I don't think I have ever seen such a strong ensemble onstage in the 10 years I have been watching theatre in Austin. They all captured their characters perfectly, and delivered Sam Shepard's poetically beautiful and darkly humorous script pitch perfect. They may have even elevated the 30+ year old script. Bravo, don't miss out on this one. Collapse

      Capital T has done it again! Truly a memorable experience watching this show. Never a dull moment as the actors force a flood of emotion through the viewer. Not only did this play make me laugh, it made me seriously reflect on my own family and all it's dysfunction (which we all have). Truly a dynamic and talented cast and crew.       In life one sometimes wonders, "did I cross the line?" There are little things that one can do where they may have done something slight or medium that in the eyes of mainstream society is in poor taste. From the very beginning of Hunter Gatherers crossing that line, when a normal, everyday couple, take a tasty situation like dinner and make it over the top in slaughtering in the living room in an attempt to make things as fresh as possible for the dinner guests coming over. Nachtrieb's dark comedy gamely sees just how far it can go. The play is smart, fresh and funny, in a near twisted way where you see a special on tv where someone was just attacked by a hummingbird and screams like a little child. I don't want to go too much into the particulars of what happens in the show as describing it ruins the surprise. This play is cutting edge in taking something absurd and making it meaningful.       Capital T is one of my favorite theatre companies in Austin. This show was particularly good. While it featured a tight, inventive script, of particular note was this excellent ensemble. Each of these actors is well cast and the chemistry among them, the sense of fun, was wonderful. Highly recommended! Collapse
