Mission The Arc of the Capital Area, a 501 (c)(3) organization, is dedicated to providing personalized, community-based services that improve the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their caregivers.

    The Arc of the Arts Art Show at Oak Hill Library The Arc of the Arts Art Show at Oak Hill Library Presented by The Arc of the Capital Area April 13-June 30, 2013 Some of our wonderful artists from The Arc of the Arts will be featured at the Oak Hill Library. The chosen pieces reflect our recent studies in expressionism and use of color as an essential element in painting. The artwork will remain at the library until the end of June, and is open to the public during regular library hours.
