Professor Jeffrey Meikle and two students from his class “The Beats and American Culture,” Meg Halpin and Tom Bevilacqua, read poetry from the Beat Generation. They will be joined by Dr. Molly Schwartzburg, Curator of British and American Literature, who will read selections featured in the Ransom Center’s current exhibition On the Road with the Beats.
