SVT Reads! series takes a ‘script in progress’ and provides the playwright with a director, dramaturge, cast and rehearsal space to put the work on its feet for exploration and rewrites. Each new script is presented as a one-day- only production open to the public. SVT Reads! series is an incomparable way to catch a glimpse of some of the nations up-and-coming playwrights and their newest works. A public reading of That Pretty, Pretty or The Rape Play by Sheila Callaghan will feature Liz Fisher, Andrew Varenhorst, and Halena Kays.
