FCC Moon Festival
September 30, 2007
Add Review/CommentJoin Families with Children from China (FCC) in celebrating the Autumn Moon Festival! Festivities begin with the creation of a winding “Red Thread” memory cord. Children are asked to select and copy (2x) something of importance that ties them to China to attach to the memory cord. Enjoy lantern crafts, moon cakes and a special Storytime reading of “The Moon Lady” by Amy Tan.
