THEATRE

The Importance of Being Earnest
November 1-November 18, 2007
Add Review/CommentThis classic comedy of manners is regarded by many as Oscar Wilde's masterpiece. Set in the late Victorian era, the brilliantly constructed play features celebrated characters and sparkling dialogue that is rich in witticisms. Hilarious consequences arise when Jack and Algernon, our two heroes, both adopt the pseudonym 'Ernest' to pursue their romantic affairs. Special performance: The International Festival Institute in RoundTop at the Annual Theatre Forum Sat., Nov. 3, 2007 at 1:30pm
