Not only is hooping playful and fun, it has become a very popular fitness trend. What is hooping? It’s a term for hula hooping with a larger weighted hoop. Local Austin musician Laura Scarborough will be bringing hoops of all sizes to the Austin Children’s Museum for demonstration and instruction. Join us and others around the world on this day of hooping!
