2007 B. Iden Payne nominee for Outstanding Ensemble Performance! This smart, absolutely wild cult favorite has its way with The City Theatre Company. The hilarious stage show by the brilliant Mo Gaffney and Kathy Najimy comes to life with two of Austin’s funniest females Breanna Stogner (2007 Austin Critics Table Award Winner) and Kathleen Fletcher. Together they become a total of twenty-five or so odd characters (emphasis on “odd’ and “characters”) in the wildest of comic sketches that muses on the plight of women, the battle of the sexes, and tears your guard down with laughter to attack homophobia, misogyny, religion, female anxiety and oppression. No stone will be left unturned in this riotous skewering.
