It reads like a bad joke: A starlet, an embittered “professional” and an ingénue go to San Antonio to do a play. But, it’s not quite what you think and the vestige group would like to invite you to see the punchline. Performing theatre that’s not for theatre people, the vestige group is proud to bring Jane Martin’s Anton in Show Business to Austin. Three women, their producers, their directors and their distractions bring their talents to Texas in the hopes of making magic. Or something like it. If you’ve ever been, or have never been to the theatre, there’s something in it for you.
