Barnett, born in Germany, is an American Abstract Artist living and working in Austin, Texas. 'I work in many contemporary media and images. Geometric and organic forms in oil and acrylic on large canvases; mixed media drawings on paper using acrylic, oil, charcoal, solvent transfer and collage.' Barnett has exhibited in major galleries in Austin, Dallas, Chicago, Houston, San Diego, Albuquerque. His last show at the Workman was immensely popular.
