Two of Austin’s premier early music artists present a lecture-concert that’s a rare “triple treat.” First, learn about the harpsichord and how it makes its unique sound. Second, hear delightful and inspiring music composed for two harpsichords, performed on two fine instruments built by one of the most famous American harpsichord builders. Third, learn about J. S. Bach and three of his illustrious sons, who composed the music. Does a family that plays together, stay together? Performing and lecturing will be Keith Womer of La Follia Austin Baroque and Jeffrey Jones-Ragona of St. Mary Cathedral. Performance Location: St. Mary Cathedral, Bishops' Hall Helpful Information: Tickets bought at door only
