Join Lisa Feder and Kimberly Wharton for a full day of relaxation and stress reduction, and develop a new plan to support real change in the way you deal with stress. This one-day retreat includes a healthy vegetarian lunch and is open to men and women of all ages and abilities. Bring your mat and a journal!
