The Aquarian Sadhana is an extraordinary practice given by Yogi Bhajan for this new age we live in. Join us for this 4 class series as we learn each unique part of the sadhana including; Wake up like the Yogis, Ishnaan- science of cold showers, introduction to Japji, and The Aquarian Mantras. This course is informational as well as experiential and will leave you with a solid understanding of how the foundation of daily Sadhana makes you victorious in every aspect of life.
