Introspection and Insight A Yoga Nidra / Yin Yoga experience with Laura

We will begin with a Yoga Nidra body sensing and breath awareness practice to quiet and focus the mind in preparation for a transformative Yin Yoga experience. In a Yin style of yoga, we take several long-held floor postures to gently create space for the connective tissues of the body to release stagnant energies and become open to new possibilities. Each pose is adaptable to each individual. We will complete with a long savasana to integrate the work and to reconnect with the Yoga Nidra state of pure being.
