History making and GRAMMY nominated singer-songwriter Jonathan Butler hails from South Africa. Combining elements of R&B, jazz-fusion, and worship music, Butler became the first black artist to have his song played on white radio in Apartheid. In 1987, Butler garnered a GRAMMY nod for ‘Lies‘ (No. 25 on Billboard’s Hot 100). His most recent work Living My Dream is proof the captivating guitarist plays music with purpose.
