The Harry Ransom Center’s Young Adventurers Film Series continues on Saturday, June 13, at 3 p.m. with the stop-motion animated film James and the Giant Peach (1996).
Adapted from Roald Dahl’s classic 1961 book, the film follows James on his journey in a giant peach with a group of insect friends.
The program is free and open to the public, but donations are welcome. Seating is first-come, first-served, and doors open at 2:30 p.m. Run time is 80 minutes, and the film is rated PG.
