AFS 2013 Film Club Winter Festival

AFS Film Club is an afterschool program conducted in conjunction with AISD's ACE Program. Currently in 17 schools, Film Club teaches digital media techniques from script to screen, encouraging the use of filmmaking for self-expression and creativity. To celebrate the hard work of our students this year, AFS will showcase student projects at the locally-loved Alamo Drafthouse movie theater.

Projects will reflect the varied lessons that students undertake, including action adventure, documentary and animation.

--Brown, Langford, Eden Park Academy, Hart, Pickle, Winn, Widen, Rodriquez Elementaries

--Dobie, Mendez, Martin, Pearce, Garcia and Fulmore Middle Schools

This event is open to the general public and appropriate for all ages.
