During the centennial of Lady Bird’s birth, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center offers a special exhibit about the seven years she and others developed the Hike and Bike Trail along Lady Bird Lake. In addition to historic photos and Lady Bird memorabilia, the indoor exhibit showcases contemporary photos of the lake from Jen Ohlson’s book “Every Town Needs a Trail.” There will also be artwork featuring the lake by Margie Crisp, the late Diane Grammer and Nick Swift. Sponsored by Mays Family Foundation.
