The Union of Three Hearts Meditation and Nine Turns Meditation –This class is for all levels. The meditation will be taught stage by stage so you learn the forms to advance in experiencing deeper understanding of meditation. The class will consist of short sits, sharing experiences, asking questions to explore how to deepen your meditations. There will also be meditation exercises that help you understand the content of the different states of mind - beta, alpha, delta and theta. The overall purpose will be to work on Union of Three Hearts – to experience the “ocean” about which Master Li speaks.
