    Mega Bollywood Concert

    India Fine Arts is pleased to inform all of you that we will be bringing MEGA LIGHT MUSIC CONCERT featuring Bollywood's singing legend Dr.S P Balasubramaniam (fondly known as SPB) and nightingale voiced K S Chitra as well as singer S P Sailaja and SPB Charan to perform with a 17 member orchestra in an unforgettable evening of melody, fun and rhythms bringing the greatest Bollywood musical to Austin audiences!! . The event will be at the auditorium of Gateway Church , 1104 McNeil Street, Austin. The auditorium has seen some digital and lighting upgrades and the concert promises to be an enchanting evening resembling a real Bollywood show.

    As a courtesy to other audience members, please do not bring young children who will disturb the concert.

    S.P Balasubramaniam is a multilingual Indian playback singer, actor, music director, voice actor, and film producer. He is popularly known as SPB and Balu. He has won the National Film Award for 'Best Male Playback Singer' six times and has sung over 50,000 songs in 15 Indian languages with a career spanning over four decades. Balasubramaniam is also the recipient of prestigious civilian awards such as the 'Padma Bhushan' (2011) and the 'Padma Shri' in (2001) from the Government of India. He is the only playback singer in India to have won National Film Awards for singing in four different languages.

     Popularly and fondly referred to as Chinna Kuyil (Little Nightingale) of South India, Chitra sings Indian classical, devotional, and popular music. She has lent her voice to Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Oriya, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Badaga and Punjabi films. She has recorded more than 16,000 film songs and is a receipient of six National Film Awards (the most by any female singer), five Filmfare Awards South and more than thirty different state film awards. She is the only singer to have won all the four South Indian state awards till date.

     S.P. Sailaja is an excellent singer and has been with SPB in 2008 Austin concert. She is not only a singer but also an actress and Bharthnatyam dancer. She has lent her voice to Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada films. She has sung about 5000 songs to date.

    Charan Sripathi Panditharadhyula Balasubrahmanyam, popularly known as S. P. B. Charan is an Indian film actor, producer and a playback singer from Andhra Pradesh, who works primarily in the Tamil film industry.

    Admission Info:

    VVIP ($250) Meet and Greet included
    VIP (150) Meet and Greet included.
    Level1 :Block Reserved $75; Level 2: Block reserved $50 (Section A & B above K row); General seats $30

    IFA members will pay $50 for the block reserved seats and $20 for the general admission. No discounts for VIP and VVIP seats. A limited number of Meet and Greet tickets will be available for $50. The artists have requestd us to limit the number for Meet and Greet attendees. Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis. Since the event is in September, the existing members will have to renew their memberships. You can also join as new members. Children above the age of 5 will have to buy tickets.
