    Break the silence on ovarian cancer at the 2012 NOCC Balance 5K and Kids’ K presented by Texas Oncology. Held Sunday, August 26, 2012 at the Domain, this event is perfect for all ages and experience levels … even the family pet!

    This year, the inaugural Kids’ K will keep the entire family entertained, along with a division for “Teal Pets,” jazzercise warm-up, post-race vendors, and an enhanced survivor area. The NOCC Balance 5K and Kids’ K raises funds and awareness for ovarian cancer. What better way to bring the whole family together than to run, walk or stroll and help others affected by ovarian cancer?

    Registration is now open for adults, kids and your Teal Pet! Whether you prefer sprinting to the finish line or enjoying the scenery as you walk, support the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition at the 5th Annual NOCC Balance 5K! www.balanceaustin.com

    Founded in 1995, the mission of the NOCC-Austin is to support women battling ovarian cancer. The Balance 5K is the largest fundraiser and awareness event for the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition and works to improve the livelihood and wellbeing of women through various awareness and educational efforts.
