A Night of Whisky and Rhyme
Every winter, groups around the globe sit down to a time honored celebration to recognize the works and life of Scotland’s National Bard, Robert Burns.
The evening, known as a Burns Supper, includes speeches reverent and irreverent (if done correctly), music, poems and dancing.
Of course, the main event is the meal! The haggis is brought in via piper and adulation with a hearty recitation of Burns’ Address to the Haggis.
This event will include a 3 course meal:
Cock-a-leekie Soup
Steak Pie
Neeps & Tatties
Scotch Trifle for dessert.
This newly hatched soiree presented by the Texas Highlanders will be held
at The Crowne Plaza located I35 North and 290.
Seating begins at 6:30pm and the events starts promptly at 7:00pm.
This plated banquet will feature poetry, music and commentary of Robert Burns with music by:
Ed Miller, Jeff Moore and Jeffrey Jones Ragona

TICKETS: $36.00 each($35.00 plus $1.00 paypal fee) online pricing for early birds until January 15th.
After January 15th the price will be $41.00 each online ($40.00 plus $1.00 paypal fee).
