The Mexican American Cultural Center announces new Capoeira classes, a Brazilian-African healing art form that empowers the ability to express yourself creatively through movement. Instructor Erick Salazar Penaloz leads this class by combining dance, acrobatics, non-contact fighting movements, flexibility, music, song, and rhythm.
Skill level is beginner to intermediate.
