This event revolves around our planet’s endangered elements. It will include the performance of three modern dance groups: Ballet Afrique, Diverse Space Youth Dance Theater, and Diverse Space Dance Theater. The audience will participate in creating large scale human installations.

On November 20, you can be a part of history by participating in a choreographic and video collaboration in support of 350.org and ChangeAustin.org. For this outdoor event we will be enlisting hundreds of people to contribute in the building of giant-sized images (human installations) that will be filmed from above and projected in realtime onto the back of the stage. Both the choreographies and the images will represent the five elements that are affected by CO2 emissions: air, water, energy from the Sun, earth, and human life.

We believe this performance will present our audience with a unique opportunity to both celebrate life on Earth and appreciate the significance of 350.org and ChangeAustin.org as advocates for a cleaner environment, which can only happen through fair representation.
Choreography by Toni Bravo, with contributions from local video artists, inspired by and in support of 350.org and ChangeAustin.org.
