The Bordertown Bootleggers: Western Swing at The Continental Club

A hard-swinging band that remains true to the roots of Western Swing with nods to the
blues and jazz, featuring instrumental classics by Spade Cooley, Speedy West, The Texas Troubadours,
as well as classic vocal tunes of Milton Brown, Bob Wills and Louis Jordan and more!
The Bordertown Bootleggers are quickly becoming the band to see, hear and dance to in Austin for Western Swing music fans.

This week we have Jake Langley (guitar) and Naomi Emmerson (vocals) with Rob Kazanel (drums) and guests Mark Epstein (bass) and Joel Guzman on accordion!

Next Wednesday the 19th we have Kevin Smith back on bass and Dave Billard on pedal steel.
It's a nice early set, perfect for after work dancing and swinging!
