The emotional true story of Annie Sullivan and her student, blind, deaf, and mute Helen Keller. Trapped in a secret, silent world, unable to communicate only Annie realizes that there is a human mind and spirit waiting to be rescued from her dark well of silence. With scenes of intense physical and emotional confrontation, mixed with surprising moments of humor, Annie’s success with Helen and the Keller family culminates into one of the most beautiful and inspiring dramas of our time. Featuring Dawn Erin, Michael Miller, Kim Rubin, Gabriel Diehl, Eva McQuade, R. Michael Clinkscales and Monique Borses as Helen.

      I am so happy that I didn’t miss the opening weekend of The Miracle Worker. What a beautiful, powerful, funny and inspiring production! Monique Borses and Dawn Erin are outstanding in the lead... Expand

      I am so happy that I didn’t miss the opening weekend of The Miracle Worker. What a beautiful, powerful, funny and inspiring production! Monique Borses and Dawn Erin are outstanding in the lead roles of Helen and Annie – I would be surprised if they didn’t receive Austin award nominations for their amazing work especially in the memorable breakfast table scene. So well done! And bravo to Kim Rubin, Michael Miller and Gabriel Diehl who had wonderful performances as the Keller family. The entire cast did an incredible job. Congratulations to director Andy Berkovsky who staged a beautiful show with a marvelous set - complete with working water pump, perfect period costumes and very creative staging. It was a journey. There is a reason that the story of Helen Keller and this play still find so much truth today. It reveals the importance of family, the power of determination and the ability to do amazing things no matter what the obstacles are. I highly recommend the show to anyone. Collapse
